Yes, you will have your own bedroom and share spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Every bedroom has a desk and chair, a TV, and storage space in a closet, dresser, or both. Room sizes and prices vary; we will let you know what is available based on your class dates.

For RTP students, lease dates mirror class dates. Lease start dates are typically 2–3 days before the in-person term begins. End dates are based on published term end dates. For CFIs and other program participants staying longer than six months, we can consider flexible lease end dates.

A 6–12 minute drive to Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN), depending on the house, and less than 20 minutes to Mercer County Community College (MCCC).

Rooms range from $950–$1,250 per month. Rent includes all utilities plus Wi-Fi. Lease start and end dates often fall partway through a month, so we prorate rent as appropriate.
